How do I receive support?

When you use Load Secure for spot tracking, you receive the same level of support that contract customers do. You can contact us for support via phone, email, or chat in the portal, and your drivers can too.

Do I have access to all features?

With spot tracking, since you don’t have an account, we can’t give you access to some of the sensitive data such as documents and can’t give you the ability to make changes to your order as this would be a security concern. Your driver won’t know the difference and the system treats your load no differently.

How do I view my load?

After creating your shipment, you will receive an email with a link to view the order and its tracking. You will be able to view breadcrumbs, activity, and information regarding your shipment easily.

Can I receive notifications?

Since you don’t have an account with Load Secure, we won’t have notifications configured for you. If you want to get notifications regarding the status, location, and more of your shipments, you can set up an account and be billed only on your usage.

How do I use this for multiple loads?

If you are content with the service provided for your spot cargo tracking, you can be set up with a Load Secure account. We don’t require long-term contracts, have no minimum spend, and charge only based on what you use. You can also try it out for a month – contact support to learn more.
