We’ve updated our Privacy Policy below. We at Load Secure Systems, Inc. (together with our affiliates, “Load Secure”, “we”, “our” or “us”) respect your privacy and are strongly committed to keeping secure any information we obtain from you or about you. This Privacy Policy describes our practices with respect to Personal Information we collect from or about you when you use our website, applications, and services (collectively, “Services”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to content that we process on behalf of customers of our business offerings, such as our API. Our use of that data is governed by our customer agreements covering access to and use of those offerings.

Privacy Agreement of Load Secure

1. Commitment to Privacy

Effective from January 31, 2024, Load Secure prioritizes the privacy of users, including shippers, brokers, and drivers, “users” of Load Secure Systems services. This document details our practices in data collection, usage, and protection.

2. Data Collection

Contact Details: We collect contact information such as names, emails, and phone numbers from drivers, while shippers and brokers are required to provide emails for account setup. Addresses and other details are optional.
Identification Data: We use emails for shippers and brokers, and phone numbers for drivers, as unique identifiers for accessing and using our services.
Identification Data obtained through CLEARme: Information including name, address, email, phone number, date of birth, and other PII, may be referenced, stored, and shared as needed in order to provide transparency to our customers. No information is obtained without your direct consent and willingness.

3. Utilization of Information

Your information is used to manage your account effectively and provide customized services suitable for each user category.

4. User Data Management

User Control: You have control over your data. You can request data modification or deletion by contacting our support team. Once removed, data cannot be recovered unless resubmitted.
Opt-Out Facility: Users can opt out of specific data practices. Opt-out instructions are available on our platform and in account settings.

5. Data Collection Limitations

We do not collect sensitive information like precise locations (except for required driver tracking), browsing history, or access to devices, contacts, photos, and microphones. We never request passwords through calls, texts, or emails.

6. Data Security and Sharing

Internal Access: Your data is accessible only to Load Secure’s necessary personnel, or our customer’s necessary personnel, which you explicitly consent to.
External Sharing: We only share data with trusted third parties in controlled circumstances, with user consent, or as legally required.

7. Driver-Specific Location Tracking

Tracking Purpose: For drivers, location sharing via our app is necessary for order tracking and service efficiency.
Non-Compliance Impact: Failure to comply with tracking can affect payment and future service opportunities.

8. Policy Amendments

Load Secure may update this policy. Changes will be communicated through our website, app stores, and direct user communications.
